This song was written from start to finish within a few hours, after the album had already been recorded for the most part. The final version of 'Dancing in My Dreams' was recorded a few weeks later with friend and neighbor Paul Klimson (Theory One Productions and monitor mix maester for The Roots and Jimmy Fallon) in his home studio. The guitars used are a fretless Fender Jaguar and a Fender Telecaster.
